The location of the villa is quite far from the city center, but it provides a peaceful and quiet environment away from the hustle and bustle. the room is air-conditioned and comfortable, with a queen size bed, TV, and bedside tables. the bathroom, although outdoor, is well-maintained and cleaned daily. the staff are friendly and polite, and the WiFi in the lobby and villa is strong.

Communicating with the staff can be difficult due to their poor English proficiency.

The reason I booked this hotel because they metioned that there is a swimming pool as show in the advertisement. But at the end I found it just a plunk pool. But the worker and servant is friendly

I very dessapointed on the room facility and clealiness, the room door cannt properly locked, feel unsecure over the nite. The aircond is new but function is poor. Compare to the previous one I stayed, the same I pay but I dont enjoy it compare qith the previous one.

The hotel is close to Sanour markets and most of the time they provide you with a driver to drop you off to Sanour area. Its a very quiet place and you can go to Kuta very easly so as to airport. The stuff are very well-coming even thought some of them can hardly speak english.

There is nothing much you can complain about, except that sometimes you double check the dishes before you use themas they may not be well cleaned.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The villa was simple but had everything we needed. It was great to have our own cooking area, and the mini pool was perfect for relaxing. The location was a bit far from the popular areas, but having our own driver made it easy to get around. The parking space was convenient, and the price was excellent for what we got. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable.

Hotel is placed in a very very dirty area....with lot's of garbage everywhere...no shops, restaurants, ect...in the area... We even did not go out in the eveing as it seems not safe to do so, despite we had been in other areas in Bali where we went out often without fear... Room was not clean when we arrive, rubsih bin were still full, jacuzi was dirt and with hair inside...kitchen place outside was really really dirt and only two cups, one glass, one plate....no knifes and forks...It was full of Bird shit all around, and seems not cleaned ever.....Definitly, we'll never come back there and will never advice anyone to go there !! It was the badest hotel I've never been in....and we pay 70 usd a night, that's really large large too much expensive !!!!!

During our 4 nights stay in De Abian Villa, the staffs are very helpful. The villa doesn't has any convenient shop and restaurant, and the location is quite some distance from the town, but whenever we need to buy something, the staffs are willing to bring you out to the nearby shops with their motorbike. Swimming pool with jacuzzi in the villa compound is the best!

Stayed for a romantic escape and loved the private pool and gazebo, perfect for spending quality time together. The big bathroom with a standing shower and bath was a nice touch for relaxation. The location of the villa was great, close to the bypass road and only a short distance from the main attractions. One other advantage was the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed us to prepare our own meals.

There were a few minor issues, such as some bugs in the bathroom and dirty foot marks on the bedroom tiles. , the breakfast could have been improved, as we found a dead fly on the hotdogs one morning.

I like their villa alot.... Simple concept plus where u can do ya own cooking for yaself... The mini pool is consider very fair for a pair of us.... Location wise is kinna far from kuta n anywhere else but recommended to have own driver or rent own vehicles as there is space to park ya vehicle.... Priced range is excellent for wat u get dwn there.... A mini pool,cookin area,chilling corner,queen size beb wit tv n dvd player lastly a huge toilet for u at only 50us per nite....

Mosquito.... But just buy those spray for mosquitos will work it out tho...

The villa we chose for our romantic escape was equipped with a private pool and an outdoor kitchen. the spa services offered onsite were affordable and of high quality. the hotel was situated in a peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet still conveniently located near major attractions.

The villa was lacking in proper maintenance which affected our overall experience. There were noticeable signs of wear and tear, and the cleanliness of the villa was not up to standard.
